454 Question

I just brought this rebuilt 454 and this is what I am working with

Block # 361959P, C23 76, T1104TSD, E5, T14, 2 Bolt
Crank # N353039, H126, N1
Block: Wet-mag(OK), Bored.030, align-honed, square decked, moly honed(+.0005)
Rods: OEM, wet-mag(OK), resized, new bolts
Crank: Wet-mag(OK), Index grind, .010-.010

Any ideas on where I should go next with it. I am trying to be between 400-500hp.

That crank "cast Iron"? ...And the "new" studs on the rods, they new "after-the-market" or new "stock" GM?
