I have a 454 .030 rebuilt and reworked 206 closed chmber heads on it that has less then 40 miles total on it . I take it around the block once a week if that and for some reason if I "get on it" thenslow down it will start to shake once I start to excelerate again ? is this a fuel issue I have a mechanical fuel pump and regulator set at 5psi or is it a vacuum issue ?
If it's doing it under load I would check ignition first... Plug wires, cracked plug, fouled plug from to rich during deceleration after your first acceleration run? Maby the plugs are loaded up from your little short trips? Drive it more!
