455 olds oil blowby

Hi..I have a built 455 olds motor in a jetboat. Just got it.the motor was just rebuilt.has all good stuff that I can tell.hi rise intake 2 hollys. looks like original valve covers with pcv and push in oil cap. At speed it pushes oil out breather.not too good on hot headers.have been told rings need 2 seal.does this motor need pcv system?

Pull a valve cover and see if the push in breathers are shielded as in some cases I have seen the rocker arm in area will spray right at bottom of breather and out the breather on to the v. cover. If shielded then definitely ring seal, just needs hours of run time or vented ststem to recovery tank.
