If you could actually find one, it would cost you an arm and leg. They were produced only as experimental by FORD in the late sixties, and that was only the manifold.

-FORD TRI-POWER TECHNICAL INFORMATION-

The above site will give you the information needed to locate a manifold if one is available.

its going to be spendy.... a tripower for a rectangular port big block chevy costs 2000$ in working order and thats a production item... my guess is in the 3500-4500$ range for a complete setup.

Ladies & Gentlemen:

I have in my possession one (1)Lincoln 430 tripower Air Cleaner. This item is NOS, that is New Old Stock. It is the only one in existence. It includes the 3 wing nuts, the three carburetor gaskets, and the box. (The box is bad, but is intact).

As new. Photos upon request.

The price is $5,000.00.

Call/email me with questions.

With Kindest Regards.

Now this is only for an air cleaner asm. on a 430 LINCOLN.

The CHEV TRI-POWER was production, THE 385 FORD wasn't. They were experimental and only went to a selected few. If he actually found one, he would still have to find carbs (expensive), linkage and fuel supply. Those CHEV/MOPAR carbs are expensive, even used.

Purported cost of a COMPLETE 1958 MERCURY SUPER MARAUDER 430 setup is from $5-6000, and that is not including the even harder to find aluminum rocker covers.

for that amount of money you could actually make a tripower cheaper yourself. the mopar sixpack carbs are still sold as nws from PAW and a used set isnt too expensive. a flat top on a tunnelram could be drilled for three carbs easily. alternatively could a used low sheetmetal intake be modified. i dont know your fabricating skills or budget, but a standard aluminum intake could be butchered (runners and carb mounting flange milled or grond off, and wax upper part could be hand shaped to give the form of the outside of the manifold (this can be taken to any aluminum foundry and a lost wax casting be made) this could be welded onto the old manifold. now this wont produce very long runners but a huge plenum. its a way to achieve the look without the pricetag...
