465 Wildcat Nailhead Engine

I have a 465 nailhead engine in a 66 buick Riviera that I want to beef up. I want to rebuild it from top to bottom. Talked to a couple mechanics and none seem knowledgeable enough for me to give them my hard earned money.... anyone know a knowledgeable nailhead engine mechanic in the NC, SC, GA area??? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Yeah, let's straighten this out, it's a 425 not a 465, the 465 you see on the engine is the torque not the cubic inch displacement.
