47-55 Chevy Advanced Design DRW to SRW

Anyone know whats involved? Is the rear end a similar width? Can the hubs be swapped so you dont have to run the 10 lugs?

Ok, I have had a 48 Chevy pickup for almost 40 years and never heard these terms DRW, SRW? I know they are going to be crazy simple, but I can't for the life of me figure out what you are talking about.

dually

Dual rear wheels , single rear wheels. on most trucks width and spring spacing are different, If no one answers here try one of the classic chevy truck forums, My step son has a couple of chevy trucks and has found a lot of info on chevy truck sites.
