hey everyone, im building my 47 chevy coupe with original frame and i would like to use the original spindles but i want to update my braking all the way around, i'm probably going to use a camaro rear. i would also like to put disk in the front so...my question is - without spending top dollar for a disk break kit what other years of breaks would fit my spindles and where would i get the right callipers, bearings and spacers? any info would be helpful......thanks

SoCal1, are you also keeping the original steering? My '46 has too much play in the steering box, and rather than rebuilding, I'm looking at other alternatives with keeping the original suspension. Help from anyone will be appreciated.
