'47 Nash Ambassador rebuild

Hi guys, Myself and a friend are busy restoring a Nash Ambassador. The inner window trim/moulds are painted in a wood grain type finish. Think i read somewhere something about cheesecloth painting. Is this the same and is there a tutorial on this forum where i may get some help/advise how to refinish these moulds. Anybody out there that can help me? thank you, I have some pics but dont know how to post them.
Daan

Try Hemmings Motor News. A couple of advertisers have kits. I saw a guy woodgrain a dash one year at the Hershey swap meet.. He made it LOOK easy. Tho I haven't tried it.
