48 ply, disc brakes

Any one in here know of any thing I can use for a front disc conversion for my 48 plymouth coupe,, I know theres cut and weld in clips for them,,but I'm wondering if theres some thing out there that will just go on there with some modified bearings and a made caliper bracket?? any help???

Fatman Fabrications. Has the disc brake kits. Saves time. I have one on my 48 Dodge Business coupe. Also dropped spindles. Cavalier R/P steering.
