49-51 Ford Ball Joint Suspension & Disc Brakes

Looking for someone that fabricates of knows of someone who fabricates ball joint suspension conversion and disc brakes for the older Fords, particularly 49-51, the later might work also as I think the suspension on the 52 and 53 may be the same also. Jamco is the company I've talked to but they aren't making a run for a few months and their current run is taken.

This guy advertises the parts to do what you want for a 54 up Ford.

He advertises on Fordbarn.com in the Late V8 section

http://www.fordbarn.com/latev8swap/

check it out.....scroll down a few listings and you will see his ad....

Thanks

Sent an email as you suggest and printed out the ads, might be something there. Like I said Jamco makes ball joints and disc brakes for the 49-51 Ford and am told they do a great job, but as I also said I was told by Jamco that they just finished a Mercury run and their next Ford run is all spoken for. I have no idea how many would be in a run, but I'd like to find the parts and get them installed before late Spring if possible, maybe I'll just have to wait until next year. Thanks again.
