49 Ford F1 7HT carburetor Replacement Help
Well I cant get a good original 7ht carburetor rebuild
I do have a 49 Ford F1 with the original 6 CY 226 engine and with 1 bbl with the old oil pam filter on top. many problems with leaking or so. The truck does have a eletric fuel pump installed by the previows owner. I would like to change to something modern , Maybe Holey , dev , who knows ? any one can help with sugestions?? thank you very much Sb Roxbury CT

I would look for something from offenhauser to adapt, they have a pretty complete array of adapters. the last I used from them was to adapt 97s to a corvair motor in a vw bus.
