4dr suicide doors along diagonal?

Is there any hope of converting the rear doors to suicide doors on a 4dr vehicle where there rear door is "diagonal" over the wheel well? Most kits/advice I've seen work with doors that basically go straight up and down along their rear edge.

I'm working on a 1958 Olds Holiday Wagon.
