4l60e erratic 1-2 shift
1998 k1500 260000km and the 1-2 shift is smooth then rough and smooth again. Temp dosent seem to matter but does shift slightly better cold. The fluid is clean smells good. nothing in the pan for friction material. The accumulator piston and spring where changed with no help.
Is this trans just wore out? Everything else works great. Never pulled anything with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. P.S. Ive done searches and found nothing.

pull the pan off check the accumilator assembly. i have seen worn out accumilator pistons or broken springs , cause whacky shifts. You may have a separator plate worn out with a sticky check ball. That requires the valve body removal .

Ive already replace spring and piston so Ill replace the plate. Is there an aftermarket one?
