4L60e Floor to column shifter?

I know this is reverse of what the human race is doing, but I have a LS1/4L60e out of a 2002 Camero (Floor shift) and I want to put it in a car and keep it's stock column shifter. I want it to be a sleeper...

It there a kit for that?
Buy another 4L60e from a truck?
Give up and get a floor shifter like everybody else?

THANKS!!!

Lokar has some cable shift adapters for steering columns. I used one in my nova and had great success.

The transmission neither knows nor cares whether the shift arm is moved by a floor shifter or a column shifter. The trucks actually use a cable on the column shifters anyway. Either adapt one of these or use the aftermarket kit as suggested above.

By the way, there's no "E" in CamAro...
