4l60e help please

ok i have a 96 1500 chevy i just built the tranny in wich is a 4l60e,on my rack it will shift perfectly ,however on the ground i have to feather it to come out of low gear ,no codes stored ive tryed everything i could possible try any one ever had this problem please let me know ,,dnc123@hotmail.com

no codes stored no blown fuses im ready to pull my hair out with this one,,,i can left off throttle and make it change outta low but never will it do it by itself without playing with throttle unless back wheels are off ground then its smooth as a button every gear????

and if it is in limp mode how do i get it out!!!!

If the ECm cant determine the speed of the vehicle or the RPMs the transmission will never shift properly. You have a lot of stuff not working. Those trucks are notorious for grounds rotted off. I would get a good wiring diagram and start checking all related sensors for power and ground. Ground especially
