4L60E pump problem

Hey guys burninrubber here again, got another stumper.
My 4l60e as some of you know has been rebuilt a few times. I am having a problom keeping the pump together, I have taken out 4 pumps and the transmission shop cant figure it out. I have checked my flywheel and it is fine but I replaced it any way. I checked my crank and it is running true also.
The pump only quits under normal driving say around 70-80 Klm an hour, the inside dogs that the torque converter slide onto break.Iwas running a 2200 stall and thats when this all started so Iam putting the 1850 stall back in.
Could it be the converter or should I be looking elsewere before I put this peice of junk back in for the 6th time.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks :
