4L60E reverse gone

I have a 94 chevy 1500 Z71 with a 4L60E. All my forward gears work fine.Reverse on the other hand is gone. I put it in reverse and all that happens is the engine revs and I have no movement. Occasionally I will get a little movement at high end RPMs. Anybody have any idea what could be the problem.

Mileage on the trans?

You have 3 shifts for sure? 1 - 2 shift, 2 -3 shift, then shift to 4th gear?

Drive the vehicle to 20-25 mph (max) in manual 2 shifter position.. pull shifter to manual "1" , there should be noticeable engine braking when shifted to "1" at speed.

If engine brake happens, then the problem is the reverse input clutch pack.

That just sounds like your clutch pack is gone
