Well, I'm no expert, however, when you put it that way, it brings me back to my first statement about the valve body. Transmission fluid pressure increases when you're driving more aggressive. At least, thinking of physics here. So it makes sense. Something is sticking in the valve body. Whether it be a valve or faulty check ball...
