4L60E shift/speedo problem when cold

I have spent alot of money and time on trying to correct this problem. I have been to the GM dealer several times and they changed out the speed sensors. I had a used tranny from the bone yard installed as the other tranny died. I did have the PCM out a few times to check the connectors, and disconnected the battery a few times to wipe out the codes. It wont shift out of 1st when cold and the speedo wont work . It takes about fifteen minutes to correct the problem, but then it works fine. Could it be a servo or does the PCM need to be reprogrammed?

4l60e speedo problem when cold

you said you have had the computer out,you need a wire diagram that will id the vehicle speed sensor pinouts at the computer.backprobe these pins with dvom to monitor the vss readings.since the problem occurs when cold you can isolate this concern ie is the vss not sending the ac voltage signal when cold or is the computer the problem,i will keep an eye on your post,if you need more help
