4l60e torque converter clutch torque capacity
does anyone know the torque capacity rating of a 4l60e converter clutch? i have heard 350 ft lb but i can't find a spec anywhere. Thanks

I haven't seen a Torque capacity rating for the stock TCC either. Probably close to that # tho'.
You can get a TC with 3, 5 or 7 clutches from Precision Industries for WOT lockup shifts. They aren't cheap tho'. I know where a great deal is on one, a guy on another Forum. PM me if your interested. Todd
