4L60E VS 4T60E VSS rotational speed difference

Hey CHAZMAC (or anybody else that might know), I am driving my PCM, my TCI TCU, and a Dakota Digital SGI-5 signal converter (for the electronic speedo) off of the 4L60E VSS.
The TCU is happy. The SGI-5 is happy. But my scan tool tells me the PCM (which originally was getting its VSS signal from a 4T60E)thinks the car is going almost 3 times as fast as it actually is. Its no big deal because that output signal doesn't drive anything I care much about but I am surprised by the difference. Is it possible that the VSS on the 'L' spins that much faster than the one on the 'T'?.

Interesting, my guess would be a difference in the reluctor teeth count accounting for the difference in speed signal.

ding , ding, give that person a prize

you would be surprised by the varibles in reluctor tooth count , gear ratio difference in some of the FWD 440-T4 to the 4T65E
