4th gear shudders just had rebuilt a bout 1 yr ago 12 thousand miles only
Does it need to be rebuilt again

year , make , model type of transmission? Engine?

4l60e sorry bout that I paid 1100 to have rebuilt it just made it past the 12000 nil warranty I refuse to go that rout again no matter how many times I have to do it myself the truck has 4000000 thousand miles but runs n drives awsome hate to part ways with it

Have you had it scanned for Codes?
Possibly TCC or TCC valvetrain problem.

have it checked for misfires ignition problems show up in 4th gear in lock up had a 96 with a shudder due to e3 spark plugs a few weeks ago it wasnt actually a shudder it was a missfire
