5.0 86 eng to a 74 c-4

I am going to mate a 86 5.0, 50 oz bal to a early model c-4. what flex plate do I use? thanks, jim.

You will need a 50 ounce flexplate.

flex plate

I realize i will need the 50 oz plate for the eng , but what about for the c-4. will the c-4 converter match the 50 oz plate? there are different faces and pilot distances on the plates.

I would either call some place that services Fords with a service manager that is not an arse or an idiot, or a transmission shop with someone who knows what you want to do, or a place that sells flywheels/flexplates aftermarket (Summit or Jegs. . . ).
