5.0 Swap

I own a 1988 Mustang LX that currently has an I-4. But I am planning on making the swap from the I-4 to a 302. My question is will the 302 bolt right in to the factory frame? If not what is needed to make this swap able to work.

I am getting ready to purchase a '88 4 cyl mustang for my brother, and plan on doing this same swap myself. Here are a few sites that have given me some information about the swap. Hope they answer some of your questions.
