5 lug Conversion

63 Nova
Has original 4 Lug setup, and want to switch over to 5 Lug with the possibility of upgrading to front Disc Brakes. What exactly is required, and is it worth changing to 5 Lug?

Thanks

It's worth it if only because you can buy wheels that fit. Best bet is to find a '64-'67 in a junkyard & pillage it. Get the rear end (brakes included), then bust loose the tie rod ends & ball joints, & keep everything between the ball joints, and also the lower control arms.
