My concern is the 60.5" 12 bolt versus the 62.0" OEM or even my 61.0" '77 Nova 10 bolt. Not sure what to do to fit her in or even if I should look elsewhere for a wider 12-bolt?

nothing wrong with the 10 bolt...used a lot of 'em in the 55-59 chevy pickups..
i SURE wouldn't go to the trouble and expense of the 69 1/2 ton 12 bolt...
