5 Lug hubs with 6 Lug Wheels...
I clipped my 59 Chevy truck with a 74 Camaro. Can I have a machine shop drill out holes in the hubs for the 6 lug wheels?

If the bolt patterns don't interfere with each other and there's enough meat around the holes you may be able to. The hubs may have to be plug welded and redrilled, if that's considered safe to do.
