502 Chevy Crate Engine

I Just lit the 502 crate engine in a customer car, sounds great, runs great, but the guy tossed the paperwork for the engine!! I need the timing spec's-initial, and total recommended by the general, so I can set timing, so we can take this car to the body shop for a color sand and buff, then to the upholstery shop. Then, I can play with total timing and final tune the car. Anyone have these handy?!

Thanks, I explored the site but they did'nt list the specs for the 502/502 hp, only the ramjet. I'll call Pace Performance today to get the timing specs!

My 454HO papers recommended 4*btdc.
I do not think that the 502 would be much different.

However-----runs like crap and gets real hot at cruise @4*

I am now at 12* and probably can still go up some more, but I am not home enough to play with it, and when I am home I wanna drive it (weather permitting) .

Drove it to work this morning---(hope it don't rain )

Start at 12-14 and play with it a bit----I think the 4* that GM recommends is somewhat for emissions----not sure----but 4 is NOT good for my car.

59 ElCamino----454HO/TKO 5-spd/4-wheel disc/Tilt
