50's vs. 60's Rods

What are some of the differences in styling between a 50's and an early 60's streetrod? I am working on a 29 Model A Tudor that I'm planning to make sort of a mix between a rat rod and traditional rod, but would like to make it period correct. My dad has an old Jag IRS rear end that I could use. These things have been made since '62 so it could possibly work in a early 60's era rod. Opinions?

If anyone can direct me to some pictures showing the 50's vs. early 60's style that would help. Hopefully they are very similar.

On the Tudor, I've already chopped the top 3" and the fenders and splashpans are for sale on eBay. I also plan to channel the body over the frame 4".

Had one..hated it!!

Bought a really cool chop top 31 2dr sedan body...finished...ready to put on the frame...found a rolling frame set up for sbc and a 31 sedan...bought it. Put the body on the frame and put in two bucket seats.....not enough room for two adults up front so I sold it.
