52 Chevy P/U Windlace Track

Need help locating a source for the cab windlace tracks to secure the rubber windlace around the doors. I had to replace the front inner kick panels and while removing the old panels with the tracks which are spot welded to the panels. I have replace and welded in the replacement panels and now need the tracks to be replaced from the upper door hinge area to the floor. I have been unable to locate any in the catalogs I have or internet sources. I can find many rubber windlace seals but no tracks. If none are to be found could some of the newer adhesives be used to adhere to windlace rubber to the panels. Thanks

They not only sell new parts they sell used also. They have a junk yard of old Chevy pickups and will strip off what you need. For example, I needed two running board brackets for my extended running boards on my extended cab '53 and they hot wrenched off a couple and sent 'em to me. They might even carry repros that aren't in the catalog.

Willys, Thanks for the information. I contacted Jim Carter Trucks and at one time they did make inhouse windlace tracks but no longer and did not have any left. They recommended a few vendors that might help. I will look at some bone yards in my area and see if I can retrieve a length of track but they sure knew how to spot weld them into place so to pry them loose is going to take some effort. Thanks again.
