53 bel air rear window

Hello
I have 53 4 door, trying to replace my rear window seal. Having trouble figuring out how do you remove the stainless trim?

you need a trim remover and to not rush ( and destroy ) the trim. The tool is available at Napa, Harbor Freight, Advance Auto or just about any other auto parts store you could think of. Sometimes comes in a small kit. $3-10 usually

I HIGHLY recommend you get a manufacturers body manual for your car before you damage something. They are VERY useful, I have one for all of my old cars. I do this stuff for a living and I am still blown away at how often it shows me a better way than I was planning.

I agree completely. A lot of the trim comes off easily if you take the right approach, but can be ruined in no time flat by doing it wrong. It will be $20 well spent.
