I have a '54 Ford Courier that came with a '54 Chevy grille. It looks great however there are only 5 vertical bars on the grille and looks like there's only room for 2 more, one on each end, to connect to the parking light housings. Then I saw a picture of another '54 Ford sedan with a '54 Chevy grille that had 9 vertical bars. Were there more than 1 style of '54 chevy grilles?

I have added as many as 15 bars across a 54 chevy grill.Really looks good, and they are still doing it today,so this is nothing new.Just remember that you have left and rights,and your center ones.

Only one style grill. An old hotrodder trick to change the look without spending much money and doing no body work; Add more teeth.

Thanks for the reply. That's what I thought it was. So it's off to the bone yards to find a grille or at least a couple of teeth.
