This has been discussed numerous times in the past. Check out this link and just look for discussions about swapping frames. You'll find a LOT of info about just what you want to do.

the bed will need modified...

to set level over the hump in the frame once the bed is setting down...the floor of the bed will need raised up just a bit.

Just a thought I'd had while doing this frame swap on my Burb, but if you mounted the back of the cab a bit higher than the front, you should be able to mount the cab and box in line on the S-10 chassis. Not sure how much the frame will hang down at the back.. I raised the floor in my 'Burb a tiny bit and still had to extend the S-10 frame down to match the 52 bumper.

Just something one can do

if you were to set the cab and bed on the frame and use some wood blocking and wedges to get the cab and bed in the correct attitude then you can figure out just what you need in way of mounts..

Probably a good idea to temporaily mount the fenders as well so you can find just what needs to be adjusted..

This shoudl tell the tale..
