54 Still Ticking

78 chevy 250 z28
Well, I pulled all my lifters, inspected and cleaned em, adjusted my pushrods with the side covers off so I could see the lifters fluch for TDC, flushed the engine and put in new oil and a new filter, and still I have a tick. I guess the only thing left to do that I can think of is to pull the camshaft. Anyone got any thoughts and know where to get a cheap camshaft.

C'mon Turk, give a guy something to work with here. What kind of lifters? Solid, Hydraulic, rollers or what? Rockers, roller?

Sticky lifter, bad spring in lifter or a maybe a week valve spring. Doubt the later, but possible.
