55-57 Chevy Trans/Bell housing mounts

All, I just wanted to pass this info. along. I'm using 55-57 Chevy manual trans mounts for my 1930u Plymouth project. Yesterday, I picked up a pair of mounts at O Reily's Auto parts. I was really surprised that they had them and I was even more surprised at the price. $12.09 for the pair. Even better they were made in the USA.

Those actually look beefier than what most of the tri-five vendors are selling; with theirs, the metal is much thinner, and probably from offshore.

They're quality parts. I was expecting the box to read China, or some other far away land. I have made a few other USA purchases lately. Could it be we're coming back????
