55 Chevy Kick Panels??????
Hey Guys
Im Thinking About Removing Where My Front Air Vents Are In The Kick Panels On My 55 Chevy And Putting Speakers Or Just A Flat Panel With Some Kind Of Design On It, Just Because I Really Dont Like The Looks Of That Ugly Vent In The Side Of My Interior. But Im Not Sure If That Will Hurt The Air Flow In The Car? What Is The Ups And Down's For Doing This? Thanks. |

Tri 5 kick panels
I'm with Hotroddr. I have had a '56 2 door wagon since 1964 and am just completing a frame off rebuild. I installed a Vintage Air unit and sealed off the vents. Before the air, I didn't use the vents that much unless it was miserable hot. I would just roll the windows down and turn the vent windows so they caught all the air they could. My guess is that you won't miss them.
