55 chevy sway bars @ poor man's power steering?

Hey guys
I got a 55 chevy and i need to know where is a good cheap place to get a front anti sway bar and a poor man's power steering kit, the p-steering kit is a bearing kit for the ilder arm and they say it is the closest and cheapest way for a old car to steer alot better... anybody out there ever put a sway bar or a ilder arm kit on there car? does it really help out as much as i think and hope it will? any help would be great thanks

I drove a 56 for years and it had a PS unit by Armstrong and it was REALLY cheap.

Can't say for a '55, but the difference between a '69 Nova with no sway bars and a '72 Nova (same basic car) with factory front and rear sway bars is like night & day.
