55 chevy truck front suspension

Hi my name is Gary King Im a old man I have a 58 impala a 55chevy short bed pick-up and 68 camaro to rebuild I am ready to retire and spend my time rebuilding these cars the first thing I want to do is put a camaro front suspension in the 55 truck I have a 78 camaro front end to put in the truck so I will need some help with the best way to do this Thank You Gary King

Welcome aboard!!I just did a 58 Chevy truck with a 70's model nova front clip.Worked out great,And c-notched the back for the nova rear end.The nova is a little narrower then the camaro.I have pics in my album.Hope this help's you.

Hi Gary! Welcome and congrats on your impending retirement. I'm currently building a 55 Chevy shortbed stepside 3100 as well, but using a TCI Mustang II kit. Anyway, do a search in the suspension forum, there are a number of threads about Nova/Camaro/Volare clips, you shouldn't have any trouble.

Keep us informed and post some pix!!
