ED-536-1 disc brake kit PBF-56 power brake kit These two kits from No Limit Engineering cost about $230 together. You can then use F150 Rotors, GM calipers, Mustang booster, and F150 master cylinder to make the conversion. It uses the stock pedal.

The parts to use are in the instructions. The booster is a common one, used through the 80s in Mustang, LTD II, Tbird, Cougar and others. The rotors are from about 1970 to the 90s some time, Ford used the same rotor forever. I think the calipers are Big GM, the part number is in the instructions. I used a 91 F150 master cylinder so I could set it up for remote fill easily. That is not the one they recommend, bit functionally the same.
