55 international r-110 steering

I am wondering about adding power steering to my truck, but i do not think it would work out very well. Tell me your opinion

Years ago I had a 57 "binder". I used a power steering setup from a late fifties Ford car. Adapted and worked well. Early Corvettes also should work. System mounts to tie rods.

If you can find a power steering setup from a 69 or so 1100, they are a near bolt on, just have to drill a couple holes.
