56 Chevy Spring rate question!

Hoping you guys can help me out! I bought and old 56 Chevy 150 2 door drag car. It is tubbed and has coil over shock setup. I have been coverting it back to street and need to know what wieght of rated springs i need. The old ones are super stiff and make your teeth rattle when hitting bumps in the road. I figuered it was for luanching off the pad and with the big old drag tires with alot of side wall you really didnt notice it. ANY HELP would be greatly appericated! Thanks, Newbie
