572 in 68 Camaro

I am in the planning stages of my first serious street rod project. I have a 68 Camaro with no engine or transmission. The goal is to have a street appearance that is pretty much stock with the exception of massive rubber, rollcage and possibly wheelie bars. The performance goal is to have 800-900 streetable horsepower. I am planning to start with a fuel injected 572 crate engine with a centrifical supercharger. I need any and all advice on everything from automatic transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and frame reinforcing to fuel injection, electronics, ignition systems, a/c, p/s, engine cooling, and computers. Thanks for all replies!
