58 ranchero
i have a 58 ranchero that has a 80 camaro front clip installed before i got the car. who ever installed the clip installedit at stock ride height. i,m a hot rod kind of guy so i would like to lower the front. the crossmember on the camaro clip is only 3 in off the ground stock so lowering the clip through springs or spindles is out of the question. i,m thinking of trying to put another clip in only make sure it rides lower. does any one have any idea which clip would work? or is there another way to do this. thanx craig

58 Ranchero
I think that you could just "Z" the camero sub-frame,m fabricate what ever you need to make the ranchero's frame rails work, keep the wheel base right and every thing square, should not be a problem with getting it back on the road, keep all of us posted as to your progress, hope this helps you out
