59 F100 front suspension

I have a 59 F100 and thinking about putting 75 F150 front suspension and brakes in it. Is this something that will swap over or will it be a major pain?

I'm sure it will be a major pain. Because the 75 has the twin I-beam suspension and they mount off of the the engine cross member and have radius arms that run back and mounts to brackets that bolt to another cross member. It would probably be easier to just install a mustang II set up. I don't know the track width of the 59, but maybe think about the 03-up Crown Vic, Grand Marquis aluminum cross member in place. A few guys over on Fordtrucks.com are putting these in place of the I-beams.

Thanks I'll have to check into that. Do you know if I can use the master cylinder off the 75?
