59 ranchero
How do I get the steering wheel off a 59 Ranchero without a cutting torch?

I guess I should have been more specific. The part that was giving me trouble was the horn ring. I found a site with the info, you push in and twist, kinda like an asperin bottle. The rest is pretty normal, done it a hundred times on my chevys, just never came across this method of getting the horn ring off.
