Post 600 cfm holley vs 750 cfm holley

okay here is my set up carb to pan sbc
-crank stock 10 under
-reconditioned o rods
-40 over pistons flattop
-heads 462 ported and polished intake and exhaust
-performer rpm intake
-600 holley
would i be better off going with a 750 holley over the 600 or could i just jet the 600 up if any one could help it would be great thanks
ps didny perform like it should when it had the 600 and torquer manifold thanks for any one that could help

It would take a lot of cam and rpm's to utilize the incramental difference between the 600 and 750.

Vacuum secondarys are very forgiving in the case of too many cfms. However, a 600 Holley has always worked great for me.

have a crane cam 480 lift 234 duration 110 lobe seperation and yes i have headers

I prefer the 750 double pumper particularly if this is going into a standard trans car. With the open plane intake and ported heads you can use the extra fuel shot the DP will provide. The vacuum secondary works fine too, we are talking mostly preferences here not HP increases although the DP will produce more transient torque on the dyno due to the secondary fuel shot and lower restriction.

double pumper=mo'betta powa. mbp=adios gas milage, hello gas station after gas station. if that's okay well it's coo.. do i soundlika brotha? anyway i'm tanked. double pumpers are kinda like mechanical secondaries. you want them for racin, you dont want them for drivin around everyday <img src="graemlins/drunk.gif" border="0" alt="[drunk]" />
