605 hose application?

I just put in a 605 box in my 57 chevy. I'm not sure which port to run the pressure hose to. Closest to the firewall or closest to pitman shaft. Must be a dumb question because I did a search and couldn't find info. All I found was how to do conversion. I guess your supposed to know where to hook power steering hoses up, but I don't.
When you get done laughing , please help out an old guy that shouldn't have to ask such a question.

Small hose with pressure comes from the screw in fitting on the pump. Bigger hose is the return line.

Thanks johnsongrass1 for the reply. Now I really feel like a DORK.
The 605 came with plastic plugs in outlets. I didn't bother to see if they were the same size openings. Now I know!
Thanks again.
