As far as hopping up a 390 Cadillac, you pretty much on your own unless you can scare up some of the factory speed pieces. The 60' Eldo had a Tri-Power intake that would work on your motor. You can get, what I consider a very good looking set of covers by chroming your stock script valve covers. You're looking for parts from a 59'-62' 390. The 390 had a taller deck height than the earlier motors. In 63' Cadillac made substantial changes to the 390, and in 64' it became a 429. You may be able to adapt an early intake to your 390. The 365 was a popular motor for awhile on the race track. The heads where the same between the two, and you would only need spacer plates to compensate for the 390's higher decks. Dan
