'62 Ranchero Brake steering?

I have a '62 Ranchero. I have granada spindals But. After searching options and prices. A person can get granada rotors for about $50 each. Then I find out that s-10 rotors are about $20 and the same problem with calipers.Any ideas like are new ford rotors like ranger fit,and cheeper than grananda? Or maybe other ideas. Also steering will need to be changed. I'm aware of rack and pinion and the '65 Falcon steering is better but mabe other ideas S-10 spindals? Definatly on a budjet. Thanks for any and all help. Ken N.

S10 spindles won't work. your best bet is those $50 Granada rotors. It is the cheapest brake upgrade for that body style. You could cross the bearing numbers and probably find another vehicle's rotor to fit the spindle, but it probably won't work with the calipers.. As an example, some Ford Ranger's have the same bearings as some fox body and SN95 Mustangs, but they won't interchange because of the rotor diamater
