63? chevy transmission
i just picked up a transmission from what i think is a 63 chevy pickup 2wd. im pretty sure its a 4 speed, reverse is left and down. i have all the casting numbers, which are as follows
on top: gm 591568 on side:gm 3813389 can anyone tell me what i have on my hands, and if its worth anything?

If the trans has all three shift levers in the side plate, it's a Saginaw. My books don't go back before '65. If was out of a truck, 1st gear may be a creeper gear. Probably not worth much.
